I was having major pain in my lower left back and hip area. With much hesitation about going to a chiropractor I decided to go for it. I found Ally Spine Center was offering a "New Patient Special Offer." This entailed me to an exam, x-ray and review of the findings for $50. I figured why not give it a shot since I was in so much pain and having much difficulty sleeping. Worst case I'd be out $50 and move on to the next course of action. Through the x-ray's Dr. Chris saw how my L4 and L5 were compressed. With this finding Dr. Chris mentioned the option of Spinal Decompression. He was very thorough and explained the dynamics of one's body and how this process has many positive results. I was hesitant in the beginning but decided to go for it since I was in so much pain and discomfort especially in regards to sleeping. I went through the process of 3 treatments for 6 weeks and I was amazed almost immediately how much better I was feeling. The follow up X-ray after 6 weeks of treatments showed significant spacing in the L4 and L5. My last treatment was in May and we left town for the summer. I just got back into town and will be making a follow up appointment for maintenance. I will not say I'm 100% but my pain went from a 10 down to a 3 from these treatments and each day thru Pilates and core strengthening I continue to see improvements. Dr. Chris and Ally were very accommodating to my schedule and I was extremely thankful to them for that. I highly recommend having a consultation with Ally Spine Center!
